Sarstedt Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of equipment and expendable materials for medicine and science. Founded in 1961 in Nümbrecht, the company currently consists of manufacturing branches in 34 cities all over the world which creates conditions required for prompt delivery of materials to clients.

Challenge

The manufacturer advances high demands to the products it develops to maintain a high-quality level of provided solutions and, therefore, lays down respective demands to equipment that should provide uninterrupted operation of plants.

During the opening of a new manufacturing branch in Eastern Europe, the global IT team of Sarstedt faced the task to deploy the IT infrastructure that meets its own international corporate standards..

Due to borders closing in the challenging times of the pandemic Sarstedt needed highly skilled local contractors to implement a set of assigned tasks.

As a result of the project a high-quality, resilient, high-performance infrastructure corresponding to high corporate standards developed by the customer’s international specialists, was implemented on the territory of Sarstedt Group manufacturing facility.
